If you believe there is a hardware fault on your Toshiba notebook computer you can create a repair request here, however you should be aware of the following exclusions that apply to the type of repair booking you are able to make. These are as follows:-
- At this time the Toshiba On-Line Warranty Repair Booking System can only arrange repairs and collections for notebooks located within the United Kingdom. If you are located outside the UK please contact your local Toshiba representative or visit the Toshiba Global Authorised Service Provider Locator at http://pcrepair.toshiba.com.
- If the issue that necessitates the repair has arisen through accidental damage and you are covered by Toshiba's Computer Cover insurance policy, please visit us at http://www.toshibacomputercover.com/ or call on 01788 563106 (09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday).
- If you purchased your notebook from either Currys, Dixons or PC World and you also purchased either a Coverplan or PC Performance policy, you will not be able to log a warranty repair here and should instead contact The Techguys on 0844 800 6020 ensuring that you have your policy details ready.
- If you have purchased and registered a Next Business Day Onsite service enhancement, please contact us on 0870 2 420 089 with your notebook's serial number ready.
